Interview
I had to interview with a total of 5 people, all from Manufacturing or Quality for a role on the Pilot Operations team. The interview was technical, but not overly difficult. Everyone I interviewed with was great, with the sole exception of my interview with the Manager of Pilot Operations. The manager was very rude and condescending during the interview and kept trying to look for very small things to pick apart in my answers. I am now speculating that this manager was trying to pick apart my answers in order to make me look bad as a candidate, and already had a candidate in mind for the position when I went to interview.
This was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've witnessed in an interview, and I am thanking the stars that I found out about this unprofessional manager before I chose to work for the Pilot Operations team.
Also, expect to be working 50+ hour weeks on the Pilot Operations team...yikes.
