Interview
I had the worst experience of Interview with Egen. It was 3 rounds of technical interview. The first one was more of a technical questions type of interview for 30 minutes. The interviewer called me 40 minutes late. Meanwhile, I had to follow up with the recruiting staff if the interview is still on.
After the first round, they gave me a coding challenge. I took a couple of days to finish it and sent it for review. They liked the code and asked me to attend a final video interview.
This time the interviewer called me 1 hour late lol. Again in the meanwhile, I had to follow up with the recruiter about the interviewer not calling me.
Good interview process. Fair but not easy and felt it accurately accessed my skills and ability to do the job. I'd recommend this company to others to go out and interview for.

Basic Service based company process.
1 written + 1 Technical
In written we get a coderpad link with 3 questions. You get a base scenario and all 3 questions ask to implement a function on top of the base case (No leetcode style questions).
Technical round was normal interview questions. Java + Spring, Spring boot. And then one more program question. A general scenario based question to show coding skills (Not leet code style).
