Interview
TLDR: did a lot of work and was completely ghosted, bad vibes generally from team and hiring manager 30 min intro interview: hiring manager was pretty tough to read, described culture as "very intense, long hours, etc." Case study: build detailed P&L and answer follow ups, not too hard but required real time commitment, panel presentation was relatively easy, ops manager asked good questions but finance team was silent Had another follow up call and then utterly ghosted

Interview
Recruiter screen, hiring manager call, calls with team members, case study (approx. 5 hours of work), and a case study panel presentation. Start to finish took about 3 weeks. Company went radio silent after case presentation and provided zero feedback despite me as a candidate sinking a lot of time into the case. Most people I interviewed with were also being SUPER obviously intentionally stoic in their interviews and as such it was very hard to actually have a useful discussion, and overall they did not come across as people I would want to work with because of how stoic they were. Honestly, would not recommend anyone working here based on my experience in the interview process. They don't seem to care about the two-way street of candidates getting to know the company, but only about testing to see if they find whatever signal they want in a candidate. Super, super frustrating process.
