I applied through a recruiter and interviewed at the NY location. After the initial HR round, I met another Manager, and two partners. Interviews were extremely informal and were no technical questions were asked. They wanted to know more about your past experience and your overall personality to see if you fit in the EA culture. Each interviewer was friendly, cordial and came across to be very amiable. After all the rounds on the same day, HR offered me the position on the spot. To sum up my experience, it was more like a casual conversation rather than any intimidating and grueling session that we all dread when we all prepare for an interview.
