Applied in March, 2023. I got contacted for the first stage of the interview in May. Received email from HR to book a date for the first stage. it was a mixture of technical and behavioral questions. After the first stage, I followed up after two weeks and I did not get a response, I was totally ignored. I kept sending emails to get a feedback which i think is fair considering that I took out time from my busy life to honour the interview. I finally got an email in July to book a second stage interview which I did. I completed the interview process with two people on the panel. I was asked a mixture of behavioral questions and when I handled conflict. I completed the interview and I was told that I'll get a feedback in 2 weeks. This is approximately 5 months after and I did not get a feedback even after sending emails. I was totally ghosted. Very Unprofessional!
