One on one interview with the Clinical Manager using Microsoft Teams. The interview was scheduled through a recruiter. Very open format. Spent an extra amount of time to answer/clarify all my questions. Set up a ride along with an RN following the interview (this was voluntary).

The process began with Kathleen Cook who was very enthusiastic and energetic. I could feel how much she enjoyed working with this company. Within an hour or so I received a call from Annie who was just as enthusiastic.
