I was screened by HR then emailed a link to record my interview. There were several prompts. Each came with a practice recording session and then a final answer. After that, I spoke with the head of the division. Then interview with 2 VPs at the same time. They did not know where they were going to place me at that time so, I spoke with both. Then I spoke with the head of the division again. The whole process took 8 weeks. In part, because of the holidays and org changes.
