I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Redwood City, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
After completing and succeeding well on a very well made test, made by humans for humans and reviewed by humans and not AI. There is an interview usually with one or two members of the team and the team manager. It is in my opinion an easy and relaxed interview where they assess skill level and knowledge, and if you would be a good fit for the team and would be able to uphold the standards and pillars of EA. For me, it was a very fun experience where we laughed most of the interview.
