Interview
Waste of time and energy. Apply here if you like getting ghosted by a “recruiter ”
Getting ghosted isn’t any fun. But it’s what happened. From an internal referral I talked to a recruiter. It went well and he had me send times for next rounds and meeting with the team. He never followed up to schedule. After 3 more emails he finally got back to me that the role was delayed but asked that I send times because it got started again and I was going to interview with the team.
He never followed up. I reached out to him and my referral multiple times. No response. Getting dodged.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts
Interview
I met with the recruiter, hiring manager, and 3 from cross functional teams, and then the hiring manager again. I was asked basic questions and mostly about infrastructure building from the bottom up. Some random, critical thinking questions were also asked.
