Interview
interview, after interview, after interview. They don't respect your time. Requested references before they have decided to make an offer. After wasting my time for about a month, they advised they were not going to move ahead with the position and then tried to rope me into applying for another role, restarting the process. I was a passive candidate - happy where I was, but always interested in having a chat - so to treat someone you are headhunting like that ? Brutal candidate experience. Seemed like the local folks were good, but the more into corporate you got (the US based leaders) they seemed pretty useless.
