The process was supposed to be of 2 rounds, excluding hr rounds. the 2 rounds went very well, well enough for me to get an additional interview for the Lead QA position. Which i didnt fit for since I had no lead experience. But I was still going to be considered for the senior position. But the process involves third party hr consultants which does not care about candidates. I was supposed to get an offer asap but they stalled me long enough that i got another offer which they refused to match. I still decided to go with EA and they still kept stalling for no reason. I kept trying to follow up with the consultant who was my only point of contact throughout the entire process, and he royally ignored my situation for 2 weeks. In the end when I looped in the first party interviewers from EA the consultants got mad and called me to withdraw my email conversation with EA. Upon not doing so they dropped me as a candidate. So all in all bad HR practices throughout the organization which naturally tends to loss of candidates for them. Happy I didn't end up joining them. This is my second time being burnt by HR at EA. Absolutely would not recommend this organization for serious candidates.
