Applied, was contacted by Element recruiter.
Phone interview with recruiter, then on-site interview with two supervisors, and a final interview with lab operations manager. The lab tour was fine, the interview questions weren't too difficult.
The biggest problem was the lack of communication. After the interviews, and a week had passed, there was no contact. I left the company recruiter a message, hoping to hear back about any updates but nothing, after another week.
Clearly I wasn't offered the job, which is okay, but it's extremely tasteless and rude not to reply with a simple form letter after I had reached out.
