The process was pretty easy. I submitted my resume and was contacted by email to schedule an interview a few days later. I went to two interviews on the same day. The first was with the Laboratory Director and his Assistant Director. The second was with my future boss who worked at the corporate location, the VP of Technology and Quality. I also briefly met the former owner who was retained as a regional VP. The Laboratory Director was a laid back guy and the interview felt comfortable. It was more of a conversation to see how and if I would fit with the group. I was then given a tour of the facility by the sweet Assistant Lab Director where I met most of the employees. Some of the lab technicians made facial expressions like "you have your work cut out for you" and one even told me that. The place seemed like a nice close group of people. In about a week, I received a call from the regional VP who told me they would love for me to come aboard.
