Interview
It consisted of an initial HR screening phone call, followed by a phone call with hiring manager, and lastly an in person interview with general manager, hiring manager, and team members.

I don't recall individual questions specifically; however, they were structured in such a way to test my industry knowledge that would be specific to the position, ie do you have the experience and are able to demonstrate competency to be successful in the role.
