It was a fairly straight forward first round interview which involved background on myself and the company. The role was described in detail, future plans of the business and immediate teams that I would be hiring for along with next steps of the process. Unfortunately after agreeing to get feedback the following week as the person leading the first interview wasn’t the hiring manager, I’ve not heard back after 4 weeks along with sending numerous follow up emails to get closure on the process. Incredibly disappointing
