Very disorganized interivew process. Interviews included recruiter talk, a few other chats, and then a 3 1/2 hour long back to back panel round and job talk round. I prepared an extensive presentation, being very detailed and thorough, to be also told it was very thorough by the team and then there was a Q-A. After this concluded I asked the HM for what the timeline is on hearing back and she seemed very confused and could not provide me a response. For someone that invests not only their time and energy for an interview process that is 7 rounds, you would think that they would treat you with a little more respect of providing a timeline. Little to my surprise I got an automatic rejection email a few days later with absolutely zero feedback on where I went wrong. And to be honest, the team seemed very disorganized. They want to essentially put all the work on the biostatistician's head and expect them to be an expert in everything. So even if you have a PhD, don't bother applying to this role. The team is the most unprofessional team I have encountered who does not respect an applicant's precious time and energy
