I completed the application online. A few days later I received an email to take an assessment online. After the assessment, I received another email to set up a 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter. She went over my resume and asked some behavioral questions. She went over the interview process with me and the benefits that Anthem offers. At this time I am waiting on confirmation I was selected for a face to face interview.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Web camera interview then a second interview. Job offer a week later. Job offer was sent via Email and then quick phone call for offer. Congratulations letter followed the same day and then background check

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
