Applied for the position. About a week later received an email to do the training module. Two hours later received an email to do a phone interview. The next day I received an email for a face to face interview. Interview went great because I studied and went over some example questions. Interviewer was not from the department that I would be working in. She was very patience and friendly. Asked about 5 behavioral questions. At the end she told me I should receive a call in two weeks. I interviewed on December 31, 2019. Got the offer Jan 7,2020. Interview was easy if you take a day or two to go over some questions and have some examples ready. Try to relate the answers to the job you're applying to.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
