I was first sent a job assessment online which was a lengthy survey about the position and what my expectations would be of the salary. About a week or 2 later, I was offered an interview. I was offered the position within a week.

Interview was 30 minutes, but ended up going over my time due to talking to the manager and trying to understand the environment I was getting into. You can tell that questions that were asked using the STAR method.
Initial interview was a pre-screening process where you were given questions and had to record your response. You had no time limit, but three attempts for each questions. I have an upcoming second interview that is an hour long.
