The interview process began with a phone screening with the recruiter. The recruiter called 15 minutes after the meeting time, then began the call stating they didn't have much time and would not be able to answer questions. The next interview was supposed to be with the department Director, however, that interview was cancelled and rescheduled. For the rescheduled interview the director again cancelled and someone else completed the interview. The interview process was disorganzed, disappointing, and likely indicative of how they treat their employees.
