Elevance Health Interviewee interview questions

Completely disrespectful interview process. I was scheduled for an interview via phone to chat with an AI bot and text message. I double-checked if it was a scam or not, but it was not. I was scheduled and rescheduled throughout a block of 3 whole weeks without chatting with a single real person. By then, I had already crossed off this job and application process for myself, but then I got another message and email that was legit, with the full name of the HR rep I verified by LinkedIn and decided to give this company another chance. I finally got an interview scheduled with HR and verified that it was in fact a "real" employee, 2 days before the interview date, and today, 1 day before the scheduled face to face video interview with a legitimate company email and name of a real employee attached it got cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances". No other explanation given. I would much rather have had a straightforward rejection email instead of this unnecessary, ridiculous back and forth. This was a completely unprofessional interview process, (if we can even call it one, since not a single interview was given) with no straightforward human communication at all.
