Applied online, and was contacted by the acting HR rep for a screening call. Went well and was then asked for a follow up interview 2 days later with the management team. That also felt like it went well. Following that, they asked me for 5 references (unusual) as the next step. I provided 5 excellent references. From there, I never heard from them again despite a follow up inquiry 2 weeks later. Based on how far the interview process went, being ghosted was pretty surprising. But, when I read the other glassdoor reviews about how bad a culture this company has, I guess that was par for the course and probably fortunate.
