I applied for the position and contacted by the recruiter and invited to take an assessment. I completed the assessment. I was then contacted by the recruiter and invited to schedule an interview - the recruiter sent me their Caledly link to book and I booked the interview. When the interview time came, I logged on to the meeting invite. I waited for 10 minutes and the recruiter did not show. So, I sent the recruiter and email indicating that I was still available that day if something came up, or was happy to reschedule for another time. They never responded. Completely ghosted for the interview and no email after that as to why they didn't show or requesting to reschedule.
