Very relaxed and friendly. I was asked questions about previous experience, and to expand on certain skills and/or tasks I performed in previous companies. The interviewers seemed interested in me as a person, not just the experience I would bring to the company.

I was quite excited about potentially working for ElevenLabs, but the interview process wasn't great. After the first inteview, they told me I would be contacted within a week. I didn't hear anything even after sending a follow-up email, so I had assumed I didn't pass to the next phase. However, I got an email to schedule the 2nd interview a month after having done the first interview. I understand things happen, but the bare minimum would have been sending an email to the candidates letting us know that the process was taken longer than usual. In any case, I went for the 2nd interview, which was live troubleshooting, and I was told that I'd get feedback on the exercise and where I went right or wrong. The only thing I got was a template saying they hadn't chosen me - no feedback whatsoever. I wanted to ask for feedback, but they sent the email from a no reply email address, which meant I couldn't contact them at all. Very disappointing behaviour that shows they don't really care about the candidates at all

Interview
I believe this was the best interview experience I've ever had. From the very beginning, the people at the company showed a genuine interest in being there, paying close attention to what I was saying and fostering a productive dialogue. Although I felt a bit nervous at times, it quickly faded because of how smoothly each stage was conducted. I was treated exceptionally well throughout the entire process.
Initially, I had a first-round interview to discuss my resume and learn more about the opportunity. I talked about my experience, answered some specific questions, and also asked a few of my own. I quickly received an email to schedule the next phase.
The second stage was a technical challenge. I shared my screen and solved some problems alongside the department manager, who had also conducted the first interview. Following that, I had a more in-depth technical meeting with two other managers from the department. Again, I discussed my experience, answered various questions, and was able to ask more about the role. I was treated with the same warmth and respect.
The final stage was a conversation with the head of the entire operations department. This was an excellent meeting; I once again shared a bit of my background and answered questions, all while being treated with the same professionalism and kindness.
The entire process took about two weeks, and I was kept informed of every step along the way. In the end, I received an offer and promptly accepted it!
The initial onboarding process was just as well-organized. On my first day, I had a meeting with one of the people responsible for the hiring department. She explained everything in detail and warmly welcomed me to the company.
