While my opinion is biased since I accepted the position with ElevenLabs, I would say it was an extremely professional and smooth interview process. The team was particularly flexible in regards to interview scheduling and timezone accommodations. Timing-wise I received a response from the hiring team about 2 and a half weeks after my initial application, about a month to schedule and complete all of the calls, and overall it was almost exactly two months from the date my application was submitted to my first day of work. The interview process consisted of a ~20 minute screening call on Google Meet, followed by a series of two main Google Meet interviews with different team members from the department. One of which included an exercise that needed to be completed in advance, and then my responses were discussed during the call. Afterwards, there was a 4th Google Meet call with a skip-level manager of the team for final approval. Throughout the process, they were very communicative via email about timelines and next steps.
