I had a smooth and welcoming interview process, meeting with five people (including the recruiter). The first four conversations were ‘get-to-know-you’ chats, followed by doing a demo of the product and a final conversation with one of the founders. The process felt structured yet friendly, giving me a great sense of both the role and the company culture.
