      I've never done this throughout my career, but as someone who is navigating this impossible job market for recruiters at the moment, I feel the need to call a spade a spade. As someone who does this for a living, there is no excuse for not responding to a candidate's application. I don't care how many applications come through, everyone deserves an answer one way or the other and if you're worth your salt in this business, you'll make the time to be respectful to your applicants. But even more so, if you are asking candidates to provide you with multiple specific answers in your application and you still don't ever give them a yes/no, it's even more of a slap in the face to those of us out here with a lot of great experience and stories to share about the value we can bring to an organization. It's not that long ago that we were in a candidate driven market, and many of us won't forget the organizations that left us on read when the pendulum swings the other way. ElevenLabs are far from the only ones, but they are one of the many TA teams that are giving the good folks in this industry a bad name. BE BETTER.
