It could just be me, but I enjoy interviews. The process with ElevenLabs was straightforward and awesome. Both people I interviewed with seemed very genuine and down-to-earth, considering the multi million dollar startup they worked for. They were very genuine and approachable.
They asked me some very boilerplate questions. My passion for the actual product they offered came through. They then asked me to expand on the particular projects I was using ElevenLabs for, and they seemed very receptive.
I went through three interviews:
1. The primary interview
2. Some tasks to complete in hypothetical situations for support
3. With senior leadership
They all went very quickly and overall it was a fun experience.
They were very responsive! My interviewer was out of the office for a bit but he responded to my emails asking for any updates.
