I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Bengaluru)
Interview
The interview went around for half an hour. Expecting a professional experience considering it's such a large global organisation, I was facing 2 good upper management, and 1 very passive-aggressive older senior employee who made the experience the most unpleasant. I was asked to interview just so they could belittle my background and my resume. Considering it's such a huge company, I expected some maturity since it was apparently 'upper management.
