The process was simple and I enjoyed speaking with many members of the potential teams I would be a part of. Unfortunately, I was involved in college campus recruitment so hiring was limited. Questions were generic behavioral and discussion of previous experiences.

Interview
submitted application then had a phone interview a week later. Two weeks later had an onsight interview, then received offer two weeks after the onsight interview. The interview was with a panel, not a 1:1 interview. They focused mostly on my personality versus my experience. They were aware of my experience though being that I had worked for the company as a contractor for several years.
