The first phone interview is very short with a recruiter from Lilly verifying experience, and knowledge needed for the position. I received a email to notify me that I was selected for a second panel interview on Microsoft teams. I then had two further interviews with different managers. Two days after my last interview I was lucky enough to receive a phone call from the recruiter with my job offer details, and a email with my official offer letter. It was a very smooth process, and I enjoyed chatting with different members of management within the faculty. Well worth the time.
