I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2010
Interview
I initially had an interview at one of the college recruitment visits and was then offered a site interview, 1 on 1, but with about 6 different people. The Interview went well and was very well organized. Each person seemed to focus on something different, mainly behavioral questions, but with a few technical questions. Even though the job was outside my area of expertise, the technical questions were not too difficult - just difficult enough to demonstrate that I could think on my feet.
