I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Positive process, THIS time. This interview was relatively straight forward and efficient. A phone screen, group video interviews, one final interview with the hiring manager. Low interactions on technical acumen, high on social / people intelligence. Easy enough. My other interviews for higher level positions were much longer and challenging. Still light on technical details, but the duration and repeated scenarios along the same social intelligence scenarios were tiring. You've got to have the patience of Job. It's a relatively long hiring process. It's measure in months.
