brutal and traumatizing!! they play good cop, bad cop, mostly bad cop. watch out for the lady (don't know if I can say her name) but she picks apart every little thing you say so make sure to stand your ground respectfully. also they want you to answer in star format which is what I did but apparently your answers need to be short (star is typically long) or they won't consider you.
