It was justna phone call after I was contacted about the job. I joined the call and the audio was pretty weird and the interviewers were almost too laid back. They asked me to follow up for an in person interview citing that the labor market was not in my favor as an emplyee and they had others chomping at the bit to get the position they had contacted me for.
