If you want work at Elite you have to first wait inline for 2 hour to get on a van to get driven to a job that may not be there. Many people I talked to said they had gotten dropped off but not picked up at the end of their shift which can end at 11:30pm. In the end I didn't take the job because every one I talked to said they had a horrible experience and don't even get paid for the hours they worked.
