Very disjointed process. HR and the hiring committee did not communicate with each other. Did not find out about the benefits for several months. The actual interview was fairly straightforward with a few questions of how I would handle classroom management. Seems they had already agreed to hire me before they actually met me. I did accept the job and tried to negotiate the offer to be shut down immediately. The dollar offer was firm.
