Interview
First there was a phone interview, and then a 6-hour in person interview where you take the time meeting and interviewing with multiple people. The in-person interview is broken up among numerous people. Each person takes a section of questions, like customer service skills, etc. The interviewers take notes on each of your answers so they can discuss each candidate later.
They were thoughtful enough to provide lunch. However, since I was being interviewed during lunch I didn't actually have time to eat. It was not a problem, because I didn't expect to eat anyway, but it was a bit of a disappointment because the boxed lunch looked delicious.

Started with recruiting screen, followed by panel interview, and closed with one on one with the hiring manager. Overall long, but decent process. TA recruiter was accessible each step of the way.

The first part was a phone call with HR, an interview with the manager, panel interview over two days. It was all good conversation but I was not the right fit. I had thought it went well but they had an other idea.

I got this interview because someone passed my resume to the hiring manager and they saw a fit based on my background. So they directly bring me in to the in-person interview without phone interview or sth. Interview was not hard, most conversational. They show you their product and ask for your ideas.
