I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Emerson in Dec 2010
Interview
The internal recruiter who contacted me was extremely professional and courteous. Travel arrangements met my expectations and there were no surprises along the way. I was impressed with the amount of growth the managers of the division were predicting, but turned off by what appeared to be a lack of preparation for my interview. Not a great impression to make on a potential employee. Needless to say, I wasn't upset or disappointed when I did not receive an offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Emerson (Dubai)
Interview
phone screening followed by F2F interview and case study presentation. the F2F interviews were very unprofessional as the most important person first time turned up 10 min late and during the second interview she was 35 min late just to spend the rest of the time on her mobile phone. tells you a lot about company culture! bit disappointed as I did not expect such a treatment.
