Phone interview with recruiter. Asked basic questions. I’m a professional with a masters degree and 11 years of experience and the recruiter asked if I was “really ready to make the jump to a traditional 9-5 in the office”. I work in a professional setting from 7:30-5:30…
After passing the phone screen candidates are asked to complete a subjective and time intensive personality test. Overkill for an entry level, low-paying position. Received emails past 9pm EST from the recruiter based on the east coast. Too many red flags regarding culture to move forward.
