From the minute I was greeted by the interviewer at the reception, they were straight down to business with barely even introducing themselves. The person ran through the reception area zig zagging between other people and then down three flights of stairs. Fortunately I am in reasonable shape and could keep up. We went into a conference room. Two people on the other side alternating firing off questions at me. Then had me code an entire web application on the white board. After that, they barely gave the last two remaining minutes to ask any questions. I can handle a tough interview but, this is a two way process. As much as you are trying to learn about me, I am also trying to learn about the company. They barely even shook my hand and introduced their names. I stuck it out through the interview but thought about walking out since it was a waste of my time. If they are not going to take the time to introduce yourself of let me ask questions about the position, I am not interested.
