Took a couple weeks for callback, but then the process was pretty clear-cut. 1st interview with recruiter, 2nd interview with manager. Shortly followed by a background check. Once that clears it is a pretty quick and easy process to get drug screen and other requirements completed.

Very short interview process. Had 3 total interviews. I had the intereview over skype but most people have it in person. First interview was a phone screen and the next was with the 2 call center supervisors.
