1)Technical interview went really good basically i am SAS programming resource had some good questions having intermediate level of questions and then some difficult questions.
2)Managerial round was basically the certificates that i have obtained and also manger was very friendly.He told what was expected from me and how well i can fit into the job and if i join what is the learning and beneifts that i will get.
3)Management Level:This round which had question of my skills sets and how i have executed in my past companies.How can those skill sets can be applied in the present company.

The interview process at Empower was smooth and well organized. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the discussion. They asked relevant technical and behavioral questions and clearly explained the role and expectations. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the opportunity to interview with the team.

Interview
Interview process was quick and straightforward. The process moved very quickly including the background check and I was able to start the position within a couple of weeks after. No credit check was done and I was able to do my drug test at an urgent care center near my house which was convenient.
