Phone interview first, quick 20 minute conversation. He asked questions about experience and what I can bring to the table. He also asked me to speak in Spanish to make sure I understand and can speak it well.

I haven't had the interview yet, but it is scheduled. The application process was fairly quick. I received the link to do assessment test, about a week or so after applying, then immediately after I received an email requesting a video interview.
