Interview
Easy. Recruiter contacts therapist and does a screen/interview and then moves it to a manager. The manager interviews the therapist who is in charge of the area. It only is two rounds total before you find out if you got the job.
Initial interview conducted by recruitment team.
After screening, progress to screening interview by Area Manager.
Invited to visit facility, then a follow up interview with Area Manager. Hiring details handled by recruitment and HR.
The interview process involved a phone call followed by several Zoom interviews. They were very good at getting back with me in a timely manner and let me ask as many questions as I needed. They also let me talk to another PT that works there.
