Probably the best interview I have had in 30 years. The Area Director set up a zoom interview. She gave an introduction about the company and about herself and her work experience. I hate zoom interviews but she was so down to earth and made me feel comfortable. I had prepared for the interview by writing down my experience and why I would be an asset to the company. Also i made a list of questions about the requirements of the job title. When I asked if I could read my notes she was very open to it. She listened and answered all questions and proceeded with more questions that she had: What has been the best experiences you have had as being an Occupational Therapist? What have been the worst? Why did you choose this population? What do you do for fun in your free time? Why did you apply for this job? I felt very at ease answering all her questions because of how she would validate all my answers with comments and sharing similar stories she had experienced throughout her career. It wasn’t like “oh okay” and move to the next question.
