I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emprise Bank (Wichita, KS)
Interview
Applied online, was called to come in for an interview. Talked to HR for a bit then took an aptitude test, had friends who applied who did not get to test portion, so you'll know if you're a real candidate right away. Was contacted again, then went in for second interview with branch manager and other hiring managers. Rather difficult interviews, they do try to trap you in corners you might walk yourself into, nothing mean or anything, just trying to make sure you're not lying, etc. Was offered job about a week after and went into training, training lasts about 3 weeks and is very intensive.

I applied online. I interviewed at Emprise Bank (Wichita, KS)
Interview
quick and easy on the phone but in person is very different, branch manager was very unsure and uneasy going, was not the same when you work under said manager
it was through the phone not really difficult answers you can easily come up with, and then basically talk about your self and what goals you are trying to accomplish
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Emprise Bank (Wichita, KS) in Dec 2014
Interview
The first interview was with a member of the HR recruiting team. They ask the standard series of interview questions, focusing on customer service skills and the ability to converse. If they like you, you take a series of tests that measure your math and reading comprehension skills, and your ability to process lines of data. They also give you a lengthy take-home personality test that the bank weighs heavily in deciding employment for a given position. If those tests are satisfactory, a second interview follows with the manager of the branch you're tentatively being hired for. The second interview will also include someone with a higher position in the bank and both will ask questions more directly related to banking and whether or not you'd fit in with their staff.
