The interesting interview process went from nothing to flying me out to LA to meet the owners. Total chaos at their office that day, a terrible interview. I Flew home, and never heard from them again

I was asked by the owner to meet with the branch managers and come up with a plan. The manager was supposed to coordinate and never did.
I met with a recruiter. Then, a phone interview followed by an in-person panel interview. The in-person was at their headquarters which required travel. The entire process took over a month.
