I initially got 1 interview with a general hiring manager, regular get to know you questions, what is something that was challenging that you overcame, etc. They then make sure you are ok with a very Christian environment. 2nd interview was with a technical engineer but was generally the same as the first interview no real technical questions. They will not give notice if you are no longer under consideration.
