Interview
First interview was a HireVue interview with 3-4 long structured questions. Within a week, I was selected for and scheduled for a second virtual interview with the hiring manager and team member. they started by explaining the company culture and the role. and then asked 3-4 questions with opportunity to ask questions at the end. they told me another interview might be required if they couldn't shortlist and that was very disappointing. anyway, 2-3 weeks passed by so I reached out to their HR team for some feedback on a decision. no response. I emailed them again. no response. so basically they just GHOSTED me.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing behaviour. Enbridge clearly does not value people's time and efforts. Will not be applying with this company again,
